Jamie Trailov, MA, CCC-SLP

Jamie Trailov, MA, CCC-SLP is an ASHA certified pediatric speech-language pathologist in Chicago. Jamie graduated with a BA in Communication Studies and Spanish from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN, and earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University. Prior to becoming a private practitioner, Jamie spent over 10 years at Lurie Children's Hospital treating children with a variety of speech, language and feeding disorders in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Jamie's current practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech and early language disorders and delays. Jamie’s treatment philosophy is rooted in a whole-child approach, with an emphasis on collaborating closely with the people who play an essential role in a child’s development, including parents, teachers, school administrators, and other therapists. Jamie believes that working together to support a child in reaching their treatment goals not only promotes faster progress but also creates a stronger foundation for long-term success in therapy. Outside of the therapy room, Jamie enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, playing tennis and spending time with her husband, two daughters and their family dog.
